This 28 by 52 double wide is in excellent condition. Has nice two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nice laundry room. Nice kitchen with views of the back yard where the deer like to come. There is a wood stove in the living room so on those cold nights it is nice to hear the crackling of the fire and to help keep you warm. The roof has just been shingled on November 2023.
